Up to 9 finals have been played by the different Spanish teams for a total of 4 gold medals, 5 silver medals and 8 MVP. Sergio Scariolo has proved, in case there was any doubt, to be the best coach at the highest European level, beating in the final one of the undisputed favorites, France, by 88 to 76, being the Madrid center Willy Geuer the MVP.

The other 3 gold medals were won by the U18 male teams, who beat Turkey by 68 to 61, with the Murcian Izan Almansa Perez (power forward, 17 years old, 207cm., 15.7 points and 10.7 rebounds on average per game, since the summer of 2021 he plays at the Overtime Academy in Atlanta) as MVP. U20 men, who beat Lithuania 69-61, with Juan Núñez García (18 years old, point guard, 191 cm, who will play the 2022/23 season in the Bundesliga, in Ratiopharm Ulm) also MVP. And U20 women, who beat the Czech Republic 47-42, with Valencia Basket player Claudia Contell Sanchís (18 years old, point guard, 177 cm., who has already played with the first team) also MVP.

2 of the 5 silver medals were won by the U17 teams in the World Championship, losing in the finals against USA by 67-79 for the boys and 62-84 for the girls, being, again, Izan Almansa Pérez MVP and Awa Fam Thiam (16 years old, point guard, 192 cm, and like Claudia trained in Valencia Basket) the respective MVP. Likewise, the U16s won the silver medals, after the boys lost 68 to 77 with Lithuania and the girls with Turkey by 61 to 67, with the last two Spanish MVP: Mario Saint-Supery Fernández (16 years old from Malaga, point guard, 191cm, in Unicaja) and Iyana Martín Carrión (16 years old, point guard, 172 cm.).
